How do I track my order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email from yakcollectibles@gmail.com containing your tracking information. Please check both your inbox and bulk or spam folders, and whitelist our email address if needed. If you created an account before placing your order, tracking details are also available in [My Account] under Orders.

Is my payment information secure?

All payments made on Yakcollectibles.com are processed through Stripe.
We never see or store your credit card details—everything is encrypted and handled safely on Stripe’s servers.
You can pay confidently using major credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Do you make deals?

Of course, I buy-sell-trade l love a deal on my favor. (Smiles) If you are locally in Yakima area or the surroundings cities please contact me through our SELL PAGE page or email me directly at Yakcollectibles@gmail.com (I can also meet you in person.) Please include a description and attach any photos you mite have.

Where do you get your stuff?

Most (80%) of the stuff I get are from estate sales, yard sales and online auctions in Seattle area. The other 20% buy locally from people.

Do you ship internationally?

NO-Yakcollectibles.com only sells to an US address.

  • But items listed on my eBay store sells international via eBay’s International program. Visit my EBAY STORE

  • I you are international customer and see an item you want - contact me at yakcollectibles@gmail.com and i will do a private listing on my ebay store just for you. I know I'm a nice guy.

What shipping service do you use?

We ship exclusively via USPS

Trading cards (up to 20)cards I use first class mail with no tracking number. (Cost $1.31)
Everything else I use USPS Ground Advantage. (Cost $6.47)
If you happen to pay over the actually shipping I pay, the difference paid extra will be refunded back to you. We take great care to ensure that every item we sell arrives in the same condition as listed or I will refund you.

How long do purchases take to ship?

  • Orders typically ship the same day or next day (except Sundays and major holidays).

  • All packages ship from Yakima, Washington via first Class Mail or USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5+ business days within the 48 contiguous states via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Shipping times vary by distance; Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations will take longer.

  • Winter may take longer.

Damage or incorrect item!

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at yakcollectibles@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations!

Cancellations requested before the item has shipped are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover the merchant fees that are not refunded to us by the payment processor.

Product Disclaimer: Item Condition & Authenticity

All items are sold "AS-IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS."

1. Condition Disclosure
As we source our inventory from estate sales, yard sales, and auctions, these items are pre-owned, vintage, or antique. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Items will show signs of wear, aging, and use consistent with their history.

  • We provide detailed photos and descriptions; however, subtle flaws (small scratches, fading, or minor repairs) may exist that are not explicitly listed.

  • Mechanical/Electrical Items: We do not guarantee the internal functionality or longevity of vintage electronics or mechanical parts unless stated "fully tested and functional" in the description. 

2. Exclusion of Warranties (RCW 62A.2-316)
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, YakCollectibles.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the Implied Warranty of Merchantability and the Implied Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose. We do not warrant that the item will meet your specific needs or perform as it did when new. 

3. Authenticity & Provenance
We describe items based on our research and the information provided at the point of purchase. Because we are not the original manufacturer or an authorized dealer:

  • We cannot guarantee the full "chain of custody" (provenance) of any item.

  • Any mention of brand names or logos is for identification purposes only and does not imply an affiliation with the brand. 

4. Safety Warning
Vintage items may not meet modern safety standards (e.g., lead paint, electrical wiring, or choking hazards). The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility for the safe use of these products.
